In the age of Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering you have a chance to see and interactively analyze 3D structure of such complex Biological Macromolecules as Proteins and DNA in 3D STEREO mode on your computer, which you have just now. Using The Stereoscopic Visual Analyzer of Biological Macromolecules (VisProt3DS) you can look at Proteins and DNA (in PDB format) by the simplest and the cheapest stereo technology - Anaglyph stereo. VisProt3DS Anaglyph stereo mode can work on any usual computer (under the Windows) with color display, even on the NetBook with the weak built-in video card. (Of course, if you have powerful video card, it will be better). The only things, that you need in additional to your computer with color display, which you have just now, are our VisProt3DS ($299) and Anaglyph stereo glasses (red-blue color stereo glasses, $1). You can work with these glasses in color stereoscopic mode during many hours. These glasses cause the minimum weariness of eyes unlike other methods of stereo visualization. Even if you have relatively weak computer with very weak video-card, using VisProt3DS you can see 3D Stereo image at least of a part of large complex protein molecule by VisProt3DS Cube mode (Please see the Help of trial version of program). Some people can see stereo image of macromolecules without special glasses using Side by Side (wall-eyed) separated stereo VisProt3DS mode at least in a small window or by Cross-eyed view VisProt3DS mode in the full screen. But it is impossible to use these methods during many hours. You can use VisProt3DS to look and interactively analyze 3D structure of Proteins and DNA in 3D STEREO mode for the scientific goals, education purposes, with curiosity or simply for a fun.
